Commonly working people wish to pursue their further education (especially MBA) after gaining the experience of working in the company. They may sometimes feel that their missing education degrees have made their career absolute and led to standstill. It is quite hectic to manage the work as well studies. It is always not always necessary that your college and your company are in same city. Skillful and advanced knowledge mandatorily requires 100 percent concentration. So no option leaves behind other than leaving the job and continuing studies in a proper and valuable way.

Excess of work load imbalances the life. More time is consumed if the work load is more. This affects mental as well as physical health to a great extent. Large distance between home and working place is also a concerned matter which enables a person to leave his job so that he could spend more time with the family.

There is rarely any job where only a single person works. And while working with the mates it becomes very necessary to have a good understanding and liking. But when the thing slips out of it that is when misunderstanding, disliking, dishonesty, greed, confusion, gossip, backstabbing, comparison, etc. all enters among colleagues, it diverts the interest which in turn increase mind load and finally affect the work.
